To provide an effective program that will actualize the concept that modern media of communication can help the teachers and students develop desirable attitudes and ideas in learning and teaching through the use of modern technological and instructional devices.
Performance Objectives
CC/IMC houses different types on non-print materials which deal with the variety of subjects, most of which support the various curricular offerings.
The office also houses equipment like radios, over head projectors, Microphones, slide projectors, CD players, LCD projectors and Laptops, etc.
The office also handles the venue facilities of the school including the multimedia classrooms.
CC/IMC is open from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm daily, Mondays to Saturdays with NO noon break.
Venues & Facilities
AVR 1 - Visual Room or the Viewing Room - An air conditioned room with a seating capacity of 50.
AVR 2 - An air conditioned room with a seating capacity of 60-80 persons. It can also be used as a seminar room.
audio Production Studio - A sound-proof studio used for dubbing, recording, and production projects.
T. V. Production Studio - A studio consisting of a barn, an editing room and a control room with adequate equipment.
Fr. James B Reuter, SJ Theater - A venue for theatre production for the Paulinian Community with a seating capacity of 540 persons.
Speech Laboratory - This is an air conditioned room which is fully equipped with a modern system to enable students to develop fully their oral communication skills.

Policies & Procedures:
Reservation for the use of any of the CC/IMC, equipment and facilities are made personally with the CC/IMC Office one week or at least a day before the date needed. The reservation slip must be filled out completely, including the number of participants using the said venue.
Reservations filed in at any one time for any of the CC/IMC facilities will be entertained only for two successive use of the same facility, Reservations should be renewned for subsequent use of the said facility.
Confirmation of the booking is made when the reservation slip is submitted on a first-come-first-served basis.
The CC/IMC should be notified of any delay in getting the AV material reserved for any change of venues needed. Failure to do so within fifteen minutes automatically cancels said booking.
Cancellation of the use of AV Materials, equipment, and Venues reservation is made officially at the CC/IMC office as soon as possible to give chance to other users.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Viewing Room, Audio-Visual Room, Fr. James B. Reuter Theatre, Marie Micheau Hall (Gym), Speech Laboratory and Levesville Hall, Pere Chauvet Hall, Radio Production Studios, and TV Production Studios.
Before leaving any of the places of activity, the persons who reserved and who last used the facility of venue should see to it that:
a) The lights, air conditioners, computers, audio-visual equipment an electric fans are switched off;
b) The chairs are in proper order;
c) The places are free of any littering.
Everything placed inside the CC/IMC facilities, including notices on bulletin boards and blackboards, are there for a purpose. Tampering is never allowed.
Some things inside any of the CC/IMC are very delicate and require careful handling. The CC/IMC Office should be notified if anything gets destroyed, has to be repaired, moved, transferred and rearranged.
In borrowing any CC/IMC Facilities, students are asked to leave their IDs to the person in charged, Upon returning the borrowed facility, their IDs will also be returned.
A charge of PHP 100.00 per hour is given for video dubbing while PHP 5.00 per song is given for audio dubbing. The amount os blank media materials are as follows:

Faculty Members and Staff who wish to borrow equipment must reserve the material and must return them immediately or in case still needed, they are given at least one week (maximum) to return the materials borrowed. This is to ensure safety and to monitor the condition of the equipment.
Policy Guidelines in Borrowing Overhead Projectors, Multi-Media Classroom And Computer Facilities.
This policy applies to all Paulinians - Administrators, Faculty, Staff, Students.
Reservations for the use of Overhead Projectors and Computer facilities must be made one week or at least a day before the date needed. A reservation slip must be filled out completely.
Borrowers must leave their school IDs in getting the keys for OHP and Multimedia facilities.
Damages and troubles in the equipment or multi-media facilities must be reported at once.
The faculty member and the key borrower is the one liable in case any facilities were destroyed, broken, etc.
Keys must be returned immediately after the class or the time reserved. Any delay may cause inconvenience to the next user.
Lost keys must be reported to the office. The one who lost it together with the faculty member and the key borrower are the ones liable for it. They have to either pay it or replace it together with a new padlock.
