All Computer Laboratories will be open from 7:30 AM to 5:20 PM., from Tuesday to Saturday to accommodate official class schedule. Laboratory is closed every after class period.
All special classes must be noted/endorsed by the Program Directors or Vice President for Academics and approved by the Academic Support Services Head.
Silence must be observed in the laboratory at all times.
Cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory must be observed always.
Strictly no eating inside the laboratory. Group leaders per class must see to it that their areas are clean, PC covers are placed, automatic voltage regulators (AVRs) are turned-off and chairs put in their proper places before leaving the laboratory.
Vandalism, i.e., writing on the tables and on the PC hardware, will be penalized.
Bags and other personal belongings must be placed on the shelves provided for the purpose. Only writing notebook and a pen are allowed to be taken in the seat assigned to the student.

Computers are numbered according to seating arrangements. A student must only use the computer assigned to her. Each student is responsible for any breakage or losses incurred during the laboratory classes.

All computers for repair must be reported immediately, A logbook will be provided for documentation to be filed-up and signed by the faculty. The logbook will be collected at the end of the day and returned in the morning. The technician will annotate remarks for every job request.

Printing projects and reports outside the class period is strictly prohibited. Printing jobs must be done in the computer rental area.

For smooth computing environment, all disk drives are rendered disabled to avoid virus infection.
Students are required to save their work in a folder that will be created in the hard disk of the PC assigned to them.

Requests for Mega Show for classroom presentation requires a minimum of one (1) week advanced noticed.
