Quality Management System - QMS Update

The Internal Audit for school year 2007-2008 was held last September 10-11, 2007. Its objective was to assess whether SPUQC continues to meet the requirements for a quality management system (QMS) specified in the required standard of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. All units were audited and random sampling was conducted including interviews and examination of the appropriate documents. Based on the results of the audit, there were still nonconformities that were found as well as a lot of observations. Although there were only 16 internal auditors left for this school year, positive feedbacks were given by the auditors as to the thoroughness of the conduct of audit.

Again, kudos to all the internal auditors and to the members of the academic community as we join hands in ensuring the effectiveness of the management system reflective of the caring Paulinian identity.
