PRE-SCHOOL (COED)

Age Requirement:
Nursery - 3 1/2 to 4 by June Kinder - 4 1/2 to 5 by June
Prep - 5 1/2 to 6 by June
GRADE SCHOOL
HIGH SCHOOL
1. Certified true copy of Report Card
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Five copies of 1x1 size picture
4. Baptismal and Birth Certificates (Photocopy and Original)
5. One long brown envelope
ADMISSION GUIDELINES
  A.   NEW STUDENTS
Requirements:  
1. Certified true copy of Form 138 (Grade School Report Card)
2. General Average of 85% (no grade below 80% during the last grading period)
3. Conduct grade not lower than 85% and no disciplinary record.
4. A letter of recommendation from the Principal or Guidance Counselor.
5. Original and photocopy of the Baptismal and Birth Certificates.
6. A satisfactory result in the entrance examination and interview.
  B.   TRANSFEREES
1. Transferees to the Second and Third Year may be accepted provided they have a general average of 85% with no grade lower than 80%.
2. Conduct grade not lower than 85% and no disciplinary record.
3. Transferees to the Fourth Year are only accepted if coming from Paulinian Schools.
COLLEGE

SPUQC considers applications from all high school graduates who manifest at least an average academic ability and who pass the process of admission.

A. NEW STUDENTS
  Criteria:
1. Satisfactory mark in the entrance exam.
  Notes:  
  a. Passing the written entrance examination does not ensure automatic acceptance.
  b. A student who gets conditional mark in the entrance examination may be accepted if he/she meets all the other requirements but he/she will be placed on probation for one semester.
  c. A student who does not reach the cut-off mark in the entrance examination may be accepted if he/she meets all the other requirements but he/she will be placed on probation for one year.
2. A general average of 80% and no grade lower than 80% in English/Math/Science.
  Notes:  
  Criteria to applicants to the Nursing Program:
    » General Average of 85% with no grade below 80% in any subject.
    » X-Ray and Medical Certificate of fitness
    » Immunization Record
 

Specific programs may set a minimum grade requirement

  Conduct grade not lower than B or 85%.
3. Satisfactory performance in the interview.
4. Favorable results of physical examination
5. Complete admission requirements.
  Requirements:
  1. Certified true copy of latest grades (Form 138-Report Card) or PEPT/NFE Certificate.
  2. Original and photocopy of Birth and Baptismal certificates.
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor.
  4. Four (4) latest ID pictures (size 1x1 with name written at the back)
  5. 1 long brown envelope and 1 long folder.
B. TRANSFER STUDENTS
  Requirements:
  1. Incoming sophomore.
  2. No grade below 80%.
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Dean/Principal or the Guidance Counselor of the previous school.
  4. Passing mark in the entrance examination, physical examination and interview.
  5. TRUE COPY of grades (no Incomplete or failing grades).
  6. Original copy of Honorable Dismissal.
  7. Original and photocopy of Birth and Baptismal Certificates
  8. SPUQC is only the second school.
  9. Nursing applicants should pass the Nursing Students Qualifying Exam and sign a waiver that only subjects that are of the same course description as those of SPUQC and which meets the cut-off grade of 83% for nursing will be credited.
C. FOREIGN STUDENTS
  Requirements:
  1. Birth Certificate/Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR).
  2. Passport
  3. Student Visa.
    Required documents in securing a Student Visa:
    » Notice of Acceptance from the School with official dry seal
    » Letter from the School Registrar requesting the issuance of 9(F) Student Visa to applicant.
    » Five (5) copies of the 1998 revised Original Personal History Statement (PHS).
    » Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records, duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or consulate in the Applicant's Country of Origin.
    » A notarized affidavit of support and proof of adequate financial support.
  4. Payment of application and entrance examination fees.
  5. Accomplished application form, SPUQC Form B and confidential student recommendation form.
  6. Satisfactory result in the entrance and physical examination and interviews.
D. CENTER FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT STUDENTS
  Entry Requirements:
  1. High School report card
  2. Four (4) 1x1 pictures with the applicant's name written at the back.
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Class Adviser of High School Principal.
  4. One long brown envelope.
  5. Passing mark in the entrance examination and interview.
