ADMISSION

SPUQC considers applications from anyone who manifests at least an average academic ability and who passes the process of admission.

Admission Procedure

Present the requirements to the Academics Office, and if qualified, secure a permit to take the entrance exam.
Pay the application and testing fees to the Finance Office
Present the official receipt of payment at the Guidance Office, secure a testing form and Personal Data File
Complete the testing form to secure the examination permit and testing schedule.
Bring and submit on the examination day the completed filled-out Personal Data file and recommendation form secured from the Guidance Office.
Take the entrance test at the Guidance Testing Center.
After the examination, get the schedule of your medical & dental check-up and interview from the Guidance Office.
Submit yourself for medical and dental check-up at the school clinic.
Proceed to the Program Director’s Office for the interview.
Secure a permit to enroll from the interviewing officer/Program Director if you pass the interview.
Present your permit to enroll at the Registrar’s Office for Initial Enrolment. Secure a student number.
Pay the Initial Enrolment fee at the Finance Office. Initial Enrollment Fee is non-refundable but is deductible from the total fees.
Return the permit to enroll form at the Registrar’s Office to confirm your enrolment.

Acceptance of Application	starts in August prior the School Year
Entrance Examination Dates	by Schedule, upon submission of application
Release of Entrance Examination Result	3-5 working days after the exam
